Welcome to the Marian Lennon School of Ballet

You are about to take your first steps into the wonderful world of dance.

The Marian Lennon School of Ballet aspires to teach children the enjoyment and love of dance.

Classes in classical ballet are offered for all ages. Modern dance classes are offered from 7 years upwards. Students have the opportunity to enter examinations in both dance genres.

All teachers are fully qualified with the Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.

The students’ love of dance is enhanced by their participation in the school’s bi-annual show in one of Dublin’s leading theatre venues, Draíocht theatre, Blanchardstown. The students can develop their choreographic skills by entering the annual school choreography competition which is divided into junior and senior levels. Students have been entering this competition since the school opened in 1992.

Many of our past pupils have gone on to have professional careers in dance, opening their own schools and working worldwide.

The School is located at Luttrellstown Community Centre on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and also at Inchicore Community Sports Centre on Saturdays.
